We provide domestic shipping for a flat rate fee of $14. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.
If inaccurate or incomplete addresses information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.
All packages require a signature. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.
Tracking Orders
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during checkout. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please contact Strand Natural Hair Extensions after the estimated delivery time by emailing hello@yourstrand.com. Please include your first, last name and order number.
Returns
By placing an order at Strand Natural Hair Extensions, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to the Strand Natural Hair Extensions Returns Policy for more information on how to return packages.
