RETURNS,REFUNDS,EXCHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATIONS POLICY

All products come with a replacement/refund warranty for 14 DAYS from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packed in its original packaging.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS 

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

 If you need to return/exchange your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending a written request to hello@yourstrand.com.

REFUND 

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

* Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

* If you return an item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the item to be non-refundable.

We will replace/exchange or refund your purchase after confirmation. Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed. Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping cost.

* The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned, the reason for the return: refund, length exchange or color exchange, and an explanation and photographs stating the reason.

Hair care & styling product, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are ineligible for return. 

* Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.

* All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will reship or process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.

Exchanges & returns  must occur within 14 days of receiving date. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted beyond that time frame.

*Please note that Items purchased using Klarna can not be exchanged but can be returned and refunded.

If you have any problem not stated above, please e-mail hello@yourstrand.com within 14 days from the delivered date, including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.

RETURN SHIPPING COST & RELISTING FEE

*Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping; If there is no product quality problem, due to the customer's personal reasons, such as dislike/choose the wrong color/choose the wrong size...

*We are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If product is defective/damage/missing item/wrong item.

*We do not charge relisting fee.

Return Address: Return address will be confirmed in return approval confirmation email and can be viewed below as Business address. 

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps:

*Check your bank or PayPal balance again (transaction may be delayed).

*Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially released, as it may take up to 7-10 business days to process the balance).

ORDER CANCELLATION

*We will ship your order within 3 business days of placing the order. If you cancel your order within 3 business days, you will receive a full refund.

*If the consumer cancels the order before the delivery time and within the specified time period, the order can be canceled.

Cancel Unpaid Orders

If your order is not paid for, you can easily cancel it yourself.
